Guide Shop refund and returns

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund via cheque/credit card, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown to you. Your request for a refund needs to be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any claims should be raised with the Guide Shop within 14 days of receipt

Items that have been used, worn or are not in original condition cannot be refunded or replaced. 

We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty, have been inaccurately described or do not match the sample shown).

Please always include an explanation with returned goods, pack carefully and send to

Be sure to tell us whether you require a refund, exchange of goods or credit, and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before you receive notification that the order has been dispatched. If you need to cancel or update your order please contact Guide House or call (08) 8418 0900

Girl Guides SA regrets that no refunds can be given for membership payments and is unable to offer half-yearly or pro rata membership fees. This is because we pay for insurance cover, materials and resources early in the year, based on number of members at that time.
