Girl Guides Australia is pleased to have joined with Scouts Australia to produce a commemorative badge celebrating the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen.
The design represents the Federal Government’s approved Jubilee logo, Scout and Girl Guide logos, as well as the reef knotted rope that symbolises the common focus our youth organisations share. The octagon shape also reflects the eight States and Territories that make up Australia.
This optional badge may be worn on sashes until the end of 2022.
